- Daily wake up call and wellness check everyday for 30 days
- Weekly wellness checklist (sent to guardian, sponsor or family member with the signed member's consent-HIPPA
- Wake-call times are made at the request of each member (available times are at 10a-11a-1230p)
- Payment timeline- payments are due within 30 days after service starts
Call Center Service
- Request that a welfare check is done by Ntouch (applicable only if Ntouch is unable to reach a member within 12 hours)
- Note: A welfare check through emergency services will be notified only if a member can not be reached and after every effort is made through the emergency contacts provided.
